Faulty Device

Hello All I must give Teljoy a good review regarding a laptop that was faulty. The process was daunting and not necessarily something I was looking forward to. The device was returned to the technical department and after their investigation, it was found that there was liquid damage. I disputed this and the technical department said there was nothing they could do. Kavitha Le Roux, Customer Care Department, then assisted me and investigated the matter. It took a few weeks but it was not in vain as Kavitha replaced the device without question and we are happy with the replacement
