False promises and no repair

I have paid off my dishWasher on rent to own, now paying a maintenance contract. The delayed repair of this washer is still not completed and my patience is running low. Numerous calls just to have another false promise or wrong part sent, this is to delay the process even further or play for time. I am refusing to pay any more on my current account with teljoy nor maintenance contract due to their lies. I requested a backup or new machine as this was due to a pc board that was faulty. This was ignored.promises us all you get and nothing forthcoming. They promise the world and no joy ...their slogan should be, no joy from teljoy.
