False Offers

Very disapointed in Teljoy. Did an application a few months back for a tv they declined it for very old stuff on credit bureau that I explained I have no way of sorting out as I cant get hold of the Companies anymore. Accounts that are like 12 years old. I explained this to the consultant. Months later I all of a sudden start getting promotional material addressed to me on my email and via sms. So I again apply, this time for a washing machine thats R270 a month. For 2 days I get NO feedback at all, then today I get a short email saying declined and no reason given. Shocking really from an organisation like that. If they credit checked they would see my current accounts are paid. Why create the expectation when you know you wont give the person the product and why take 2 days to decline and then still not give a reason. I have referred so many of my friends to Teljoy and this is the way I get treated, never again. Your service stinks!!!
