False advertising

On 20-01-2016 a contract was signed between me & Teljoy, I paid a 1st installment of R560-00 for rent to buy washing machine and fridge. The appliances was to be delivered to us in Port-Alfred this week but this morning I received the following email from Teljoy :<br> Good day Mrs M Vermeulen<br> I trust you are well, unfortunately this email bares bad news as we are unable to deliver in your area. Your area is a non-service area as the nearest agent is in Grahamstown who has received the goods but cannot travel to your location. Unfortunately we going to have to cancel the contract and refund you the money that you have paid into our account and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please accept my apology on behalf on Teljoy as the we only service certain areas and are not able to service yours at this moment of time. I only noticed when the goods got to Grahamstown that we cant service your area. Many thanks. <br> I find this unacceptable as they knew I'm in Port-Alfred, we're located 55kms from Grahamstown.Kind Regards Mari Vermeulen <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
