FALSE ADVERTISING!

yesterday i phoned Teljoy to upgrade my TV and to add a gaming console. i was told that there was a penalty fee of R500.00 for upgrading before 5 months, i accepted the penalty but then was told it was declined for unknown reasons.<br> <br> Brian said that he would speak to the vetting lady to approve me for the gaming console. i did not hear from him so i called him back today only to hear that it is also declined for reasons unknown.<br> <br> On the website it says that you can upgrade anytime. this is clearly not true. Brian couldn't give any clear answer as to why is has been declined.<br> <br> <br> I feel that you guys should keep to your advertising word. nowhere on the T&C's does it state about a penalty fee for upgrading or adding some items. <br> <br> really disappointed in the service and considering to end the rental agreement.
