If you want to be happy in your life never ever do business with Teljoy they are dishonest they ripoff people they sell **** things they sell rejected goods I bought a TV from them on a rent to own basis and then suddenly the TV developing blue line and the call center agent had the decency to ask me if i kicked the TV ...... they then came back to me and told me it was not economical to fix they will wait for a credit from Hisense then i will get a set 6 months down the line im still sitting with a load TV and they are telling me that they will give me a pre loved TV so im supposed to pay R420 per month for a second hand TV ?? they telling me thy cant give me a new set they can only replace it with a "Pre Loved set " i dont even know how many houses that tv has been in and im supposed to own it at that ridiculous amount.... Try calling in then you will get no help i have been speaking to Athena for almost 3 weeks now and all they can say is we will get back to you don't even speak about their manager Michael he is forever in meeting all day everyday when i eventually spoke to him he said i will make sure i sort it out for you today that was almost a week ago till now nothing , everytime i speak to Athena she tell me .. ddnt they call you they said they will call you with the recording that you agreed to a "Pre Loved TV " no calls have come through Till date im sitting with a TV that has labels in the back that its a loan TV and alot of excuses ....... if you want to buy **** goods at a ridiculous amount that will break within 2 years then get replaced with more **** goods that are second hand that only God knows how many hands they have been in then go ahead and do business with them.
