Extremely poor service

I have reported an incident 26/06/2020 where two of my devices were damaged due to an attempted break-in.

To date not one attempted to give me a call or even respond to my query.

One of these devices were cancelled in January already. To date no one collected the device not stopped my debit on that item.

The service is extremely poor.
