Extremely bad service

I've tried to apply for one of the advertised products from teljoy. I fulled in my application as required and app****. There was an email send to me with an person(useless) who will help me with my application and process. I've send all required documents to this person. I told her that I will send it emediatly from my work email so that we can have a swift responce if im approved or not since we got people over from overseas and wanted delivery ASAP. I didnt hear a word from this lady. I send emails one after another to please let me know if she received anything. Untill today(longer than a week) im still waiting just for an email to say YES or No she got my email or not. This is the worst service that ive ever received. I will surely stop anyone i know from doing business with Teljoy if this is the kind of service that will be offered.Shocking service
