Excuses, no service then i get ghosted

i have been with them for years now so i know the payment methods

Now out of the blue i paid in full at the end of January 2023, ot even a week later they say i am behind of the full amouint again. just as i have report a faulty item of mine that needs to be repaired they do this and make these excuses.

So now i am stuck with there faulty items that they seem to refuse to repair and they are saying i am behind after i ahve just made payment?

I have emailed in, i have called in and i get no response.

The lazy person ***, tell me i am behind, when i try telling him that i have just paid then he gets confused and says i must just pay.

The the same with (Portia Ntshotsho <***): Portia told me she will call me back as i finished paying off one of my items and that i am ment to take ownership, whihc of course did happen. I also email here multiple times and i get ignored, i ahve called Portia as a reminder and i get no assistand, i also mentioned the billing issue and no assistance

Dont use Teljoy, they used to be good, not they are not and they only call or assist you when they want to collect there money or make you pay more then what was agreed on
