Exceptional service provided

Hi Taniel I just want to let you know about the exceptional service we received form Katie Mor. Im in customer service myself and we pride our selves with exceptional customer service and going beyond the call of duty and for the first time today I experienced that with this amazing lady she was on the line with my husband but was on loud speaker so I heard everything and I was dazzled by her and I know alot of people probably send alot email complaining about the call centre agents so I thought I would give some good feedback as we seldomly get those. She is a real gem and if I could rate her id give a 1000/1000. Please can you send her a dazzle from us cuase I know recognition is seldomly given from customers and I would like her to stay the positive, amazing, dazzling and sparkling person she is as you can hear that on the call.
