Excellent Service from Samuel in the collections department

Samuel from the collections department deserves a lot of praise. Not only did he help me with excellent AND friendly service he, also went a above my expectations to get my issued resolved.

Our call got disconnected twice because of my signal and he phoned me back within 5 minutes. No creditor calls me back when the line gets disconnected except Teljoy.
