Exccelent Service on Insurance claim

i handed my cliam in yesterday after i had a bad experience with my Laptop being stole. Immediately i was mailed back by Kavitha Le Roux, confirming receipt of my details and that they would be looking into my claim. I had some issue with an outstanding amount on which i made arrangement s and that was switly delt with, she phone me back to say my claim has been approved and seeing they dont keep stock on the Laptop my Laptop will be delivered nothing later than next week friday.
