Empty promises by Teljoy.

Yet again left a bitter taste in my mouth. So I placed a order for a gas braai and side table and a coffee table but only the gas braai got approved because I accidentally created 2 applications. So the same story all over again with the dishwasher that I wanted to apply for and fought about it and then after a complaint then all off a sudden it got approved by them. After I payed for the dishwasher all of a sudden it got approved. Exactly the same story happening again with this order. Really pathetic service from this company. I will gladly take this matter to the consumer act and show them that Teljoy sents you a a sms that the stuff is approved and all of a sudden that only one item is approved. According to my ITC that is what is allowed only but so weird that my ITC is brilliant and far above what it should be on compuscan. Will take this matter to the consumers council to review.
