Empty promises

If I could do no stars I would , I'm so disgusted with this service listed me on the FPS July then stating if I return the device the listing will be removed in August I have WhatsApp messages from them to prove it it's January and the listing is still on and not removed after returning the device in July already now I have been trying to call them for a week to get a manager each time they take my details and telle the manager is on a call each day for the past week I have called them at least twice now they tell me I must sign an aod and make a payment for it to be removed , im so ****ed i cant open a bank account for work because i am blocked by the fps its friday and its pay day without no bank account abd the company i work for doesn't with cash 😭 😞 I'm so disgusted with all the hassle I have with this company even when I'm not using them anymore I won't recommend this company to anyone who ever reads this stay away
