Edblo Ruacana base set

I bought a Edblo Ruacana queen size base set from them a month ago. I have notice the mattress saging and contacted them to complain about the product ref TJ***. I also asked them that i want to change the base set to a differnt brand. They advised me to upgrade which i did with their sales department and was told they will get back to me in 24 hours, up to now, nothing. After numerous calls being shifted fro 1 dept to another still no conclusion to my problem. I want to cancel the contract of the base set and get a new contract for a different brand
