EasyFix........more like We Couldn't Give a Hoot and Don't Fix Anything

<p>My house was struck by lightning. I phoned Easyfix whom I've been paying for well over a year to look after a TV and fridge.</p> <p>I explained (after a few calls for someone to be bothered to answer) the situation and the the TV was blown. It took nearly a week and me having to call in another 3 times for someone to arrive.</p> <p>Did they try and repair onsite as per the contract? No</p> <p>They took the telly - and then called to say that I had to pay for parts they'd ordered as they don't repair lightning damage. My wife took this call and after several attempts to talk to a 'supervisor/manager' was told that maybe we could come to 'some sort of arrangement'. </p> <p>Glad to see Easyfix don't fix a darn thing and also try and make 'customers' (I use the term lightly) - be part of (if what they were saying was true' be part of contractual *****.</p> <p>Truly horrible service, rude staff and , in fact, no service at all. </p> <p>Don't throw your money away with Telkoy EasyFix - It's a *****.</p>
