Double debit Teljoy discusting
Discusting service from Teljoy again. I now have been told im been double debited for a prorata on the bed that took 3 months to arrange with Teljoy. Use was end of May and use for June now i het told u pay R499 and R429 u guys can go fly. I will only pay the prorata of end of May and use for June. So get that in tou head. Im renting the bed i do not own it. Get someone to phone me or come fetch your property.

Please note that as part of the rent-to-own agreement, your billing includes a pro rata amount for the partial use at the end of May, followed by the full monthly rental for June, which is standard for all accounts once delivery is complete.
We understand your frustration regarding the timeline; however, your rental charges are calculated based on the delivery date and active rental period, not the duration of the arrangement process.
