DOUBLE DEBIT STILL NOT SORTED OUT YET!!!!

It has now been over a month that i have had this issue that has still not been sorted out! <br> <br> THIS is not acceptable to a well paying client/customer... I have tried being patient and understanding to the issue but can no longer sit around and wait while i have been *****ed out of my money!<br> <br> THAPELO whom assisted me had better sort out this issue very fast as he is the one whom i sent proof of payment and he is the one who handled my account and issued my products!!!
