Double Debit Nightmare

I have been with Teljoy for a year loved every second of it, made my life easy, until last night that is, I had made an arrangement with Teljoy to pay R1500.00 per month because i had arrears on my account as life happened and i was making up for those arrears by paying more, but i did not dream of being debited R3000.00 in one month first debit went of on the 25th R1500.00 which was fine then the second one came on the 29th R1500.00, today the 1st got an email that i still owe another R1100.00 i have been trying to get clarity on this the whole day yesterday and the better part of today to no avail no one seems to have a clue whats happening and dont get me started on getting a statement of account that seem not to exist, i really need this sorted as a matter of urgent, i have mouths to feed Teljoy.
