Double Debit
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent issue I have encountered with your company's payment system. My account number is ***. I made a payment via your app using cash. However, I was surprised to find that my account was debited for a second time for the same transaction. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including sending 10 emails and making multiple phone calls, I have received no response from your customer support team. Whenever I attempt to call, I am kept on hold indefinitely, with no resolution in sight.
I urgently request that the second amount debited from my account be returned today. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I expect prompt action to rectify it.
