dont trust teljoy

I have been with teljoy for almost ten years - my TV is broken there is no picture so they supposed to fetch it and leave me with a loan unit - well its been more than a week and my leave is just about over and all we did was sit and stare at each other because every time I phone teljoy some person tells me the tv is on its way well it has failed to arrive 3 times now so they are *****!! sort out you company as we have always expected good srvice from you until now - this is so wrong my whole holiday destroyed - thanks Teljoy
