Dont rent to own from Teljoy

I am fedup with the service received from Teljoy. Because of their incompetence and inability to resolve my account issue, i am now listed as a bad payer on the credit bureau. People should be very carefull when doing business with them. I am NOT in arrears on my account. As i explained endlessly, the only payment i did not make was when i received the damaged tv set. Teljoy said they would correct the account, but instead listed my name. Is that fair? How fo you get an arrears amount of R 1370?? My latest statement shows no amount in arrears. Please come and collect your tv and sound bar. As i no longer wish to have your account. Teljoy is unprofessional and cannot do their work. This is the last time iam giving them time to resolve the issue.
