Don’t do it rather take a loan out you will pay less as their 3 year contract isn’t really 3 years!!
My contract for an item with teljoy expired 31/01/24 - they deducted the money from my account for the month of Feb ‘24 - Emailed them on 31/01/24 with NO RESPONSE, they again deducted the money from my account for March ‘24 - Phoned them, they guy who took my call dropped the phone in my ear, so ladida, like it’s a norm for him, WASTING MY AIRTIME IF I MAY ADD!!!! Then phoned again, spoke to a lady who promised that i will have the phone recordings by end of the day (This was last week Thursday) aldo an empty promise as I have not received anything, said lady transferred me to a manager in the accounts department, whom is also a tad useless - this guy promised me an email to confirm that i will be refunded my Feb and March deductions - I have been sending emails - surprise surprise , Im getting ignored AGAIN ….. I am sick of companies like yours who abuse consumers. The owner of this company must be so ashamed to read dome of this reviews, to know how his costumers are treated by his employees sheim, imagine paying people a salary to drip the phone in someone’s ear or paying people a salary to simply just not respond to emails … ai baba ek voel jammer vir jou.
