Dont care about customers

I wanted to rent at teljoy so i find out they put me on the sarfs list without my knowledge 8 years ago i mail the collections department so they told me i have stuff that is outstanding i told the lady it was not me that have rented the goods in 2013 she told me i must talked to the sarfs i did mail them they told me i must sort it out with teljoy but teljoy said i must prove it wasnt me so how am i supposed to proof something that i have no knowledge of this is not the way to treat customers
