Don't buy anything from telljoy

Hi I'm having a very bad experience with telljoy every month I make payments and send my proof of payment to them via email but every second month is a issue with them when it comes to allocating my payments to my account thay mess with my credit score and if I ask them to fix it thay don't I am fed up with their service thay even pushed up the monthly bill without me consent or notifying me in advance witch was wrong I surely hope no1 uses their services because it sucks🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
