DO NOT EVER GET ANYTHING FROM TELJOY!!! Just save yourself the hassle and the damage to your credit report. I have never missed a payment, but because of the "I am too good to work" attitude from the staff, I have been reported up to 6 times, I have been sending emails for over 3 weeks each time before receiving the message that they will be in contact with me within 24 hr, well it's been two weeks and no call or assistance. I have been dealing with this horrible service for the past year. I hope this review will help in future to anyone considering getting anything from Teljoy. Also if someone does end up going for Teljoy (Which please I truly do not recommend), Please make sure to not get the agent Samuel, terrible service from himself and Teljoy.
