Dismal Service.

I'm completely disappointed with the type of service provided by Helen Ncube(for failing to change my debit order in time after multiple requests), Kwena Mojapelo(for multiple debits on my account) Busang, he promised to contact me regarding a loan TV while mine is in repairs, three days later, I'm still waiting. Today I contacted Teljoy around 10:00 and spoke to Lerato, she told me she would follow up with Technicians regarding my damaged TV that is in for repairs and get feed back on my loan TV, again I was not contacted back. All the above is my experience with Teljoy customer service and till today(2 weeks later) I do not have a TV and my kids keep asking. Ref TJ***
