Disgusting Technical service!
Horrible customer service!!!I’ve had a unfixed faulty device for the past 3 months,and a washing machine that has been sent back and forth for almost two months when they say they are going to come they don’t when they do you need to beg their technical staff to come when they show up they show up with unmarked cars with no uniform wearing hats like they are ****s if not you get called ugly and disrespectful by their technical staff when you follow up for feedback on what they did to your units, called in the morning to find out if their technicians are coming to pick up my washing machine and drop off my loan unit because I needed to be somewhere I was assured they would come between 10 and 12 it’s 13:42 now and I’m still waiting no communication from anyone, these people (Teljoy) are out here robbing me of my money!!!!?
