Disgusting service received
Once again very bad service from Teljoy.
I have been trying to get ahold of their technical dept, to notify them of a faulty appliance that i have.
If you call them, you hold on for more than an hour, then the call just drops, i have been sending mails for the last week now, with no reply from them.
Seems like they only care about the monthly payment they receive from you, the rest is your own problem
