Disgusting customer service - Don't deliver on their promise

Easyfix is not so easy after all. Don't be fooled by their sales pitch. Their customer service socks beyond measure. They picked up my appliance on 02 sept. I had to continuously call them for an update. At no time do they communicate with their customer. No sms or call. Such an awful experience. I called their service center and spoke to Larissa who was my service agent, she continuously makes promises to call you with an update. She never returns calls or gives feedback. 3 weeks later to be told that they cannot repair the appliance. I have never experienced such appalling service before. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE ********. I want a refund of all my premiums as they are false selling.
