disgusting and terrible service

worst service i received from these people especially they accounts department, they have put a red on my name even thou I have made arrangements with the attorneys and they still dont want too. even if you want to return they things they don't want too take you off. the person i spoke to was pearl who gave the phone to therona who was extremely rude and was also shouting on the phone, this is the most useless company ever come across and wouldn't recommend anyone to you use it they service it **** and the people work there are *********** and have no idea how to deal with customers and are not educated at all on how to work with customers. i have never in my life received such disgusted service from any company. i am still waiting for someone from this company to contact me on how to resolve my problem as that lady theron all she was doing is shouting and hanged up the phone and was unable to assist me at all. since last year when they had greg as they manager they have not been able to help me with my query. i need serious help because i need to take legal matter now because they is no one wanting to take responsibility of my query.
