Disgusted
After the last review and "Teljoy " resolving the issue NOT!! They actually think that it is the customer's job to run after them for answers. Or to fix their mistakes. They take advantage of their younger clients who don't know much about how things work or their rights. And rail road them. That their say is final when they are basically *****ing from the customer. So absolutely disgusted with the service they provided

We received confirmation telephonically from the account holder, who is of legal age to enter into a legal agreement with Teljoy, that all was in order and have since not received further communication regarding updating the account. We await feedback from the account holder.
