Disgusted by Lack of Service

I am very disappointed in Teljoy. I hired a washing machine for my parents with Teljoy in 2016. 2 Weeks ago I reported it as faulty, a technician came out a few days later to inspect the faulty machine, and we were told that the repairs may cost too much and therefore they may possibly give us a new washing machine. Since that day we get a new story each day, every time we phone they tell us that we will get a loan washing machine soon and that they will let us know if the unit will be repaired or if we will get a new one. This is completely unacceptable, today they told me they phoned my father to check regarding the loan washing machine, and I phoned him and asked him did anyone phone him he said not one phone call from Teljoy. I phoned Athena back and was told that she will find out and phone me back. No one phoned back. Your service is pathetic to say the least, and my poor mother has to wash her clothes by hand in the middle of winter. More than 2 weeks this has been going on! Teljoy is the worst service provider
