Disgusted at the service that we continously through this week

Teljoys sales, technical is absolutely no service or at all on what I expected. I was told by Shaun in the technical department that the new dishwasher would be delivered this Friday, today, and that everything was on delivery, when I called HP the manager at sales he stated all he could only see on the system was repairs continously, how embarrassing, HP stated no new machine was on order. My husband and I have been messed around the whole week and still now care or delivery at all. I do not even get told the correct procedure or what will be happening or the service we will receive in the correct civilised manner. I had to wait the whole of today for nothing, not even a phone call, really disappointing, and its 1430, still no answer on what or how this will be sorted.
