Disappointing service.

I have NEVER met anybody more *********** in MY LIFE. My husband and I have the smart watches on contract that we got through Discovery Vitality. Our contracts came to an end and my husband still got money deducted for 3 months. He contacted Teljoy and they said he owed money because he never asked them to change ownership (which they never notified him about.) He's sent MULTIPLE emails where NOBODY is communicating with him and helping him change ownership, but they're happy to continue deducting money. When he briefly got in contact with someone by email, they said he's reference number was from 2025, when he only received it in 2026. I decided to notify them about my change of ownership since my contract came to an end too that month. I had quicker service, which was a surprise, and was told that I would NOT be debited again because there was a change of ownership. I am now the owner and have made all my payments up to date. They tried to deduct money again, but I had nothing in that account since it's an extra account. I got charged bank fees for that UNAUTHORIZED payment. I am STILL waiting for the situation with my husband and now for myself to be rectified. It's been months now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Teljoy. I hope they can get themselves organized and contact us because we are waiting.

Hi, we’re really sorry to hear about everything you and your husband have experienced. We completely understand why you’re frustrated, especially after making your payments and still experiencing further deductions, delays, and difficulties getting clear communication from us.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologies for the inconvenience and bank charges you’ve incurred as a result of the attempted debit.

We’d like to investigate both accounts properly, including the ownership changes, contract end dates, deductions and outstanding queries, rather than giving you another generic response. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
