Disappointing first impressions

I am a new applicant, my application was pre approved and i did send the documents required shortly after being requested to, now i am being asked for the same documents again, this is annoying and from the reviews i see quite a number of people have experienced the same thing. If this is the kind of service i am in for then i might as well cancel the whole process before it goes further. Great customer service is everything to me and this shows that to get the product i app**** for might be a mission as well. Urgh
