Disappointing Experience with Teljoy.

I purchased a smart trainer with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The smart trainer was faulty and I sent it in for repair. When the trainer returned back it was still in the same faulty condition and Teljoy didn’t return some of the parts that the trainer needs to function with. Furthermore, the customer support provided by the company was woefully inadequate. When I reached out to address my concerns and seek assistance, I was met with delayed responses. They didn’t even respond on the missing parts. It is evident that the company's commitment to customer satisfaction is sorely lacking.

In conclusion, my experience with Teljoy has been overwhelmingly negative. I cannot in good conscience recommend Teljoy to others and urge prospective buyers to explore alternative options.
