Disappointed

Hi please can someone assist I have been phoning every single day for the past week regarding our TV that broke ,Teljoy promise me they will send a loan unit in the mean time and after a week nothing yet ,I've been phoning and following up everyday but no loan unit I was promise that I will have it latest today and still nothing
