Disappointed

Rent to own. We have been with them for 27 years. A new washing machine was approved by the director at Head Office. The sales manager at Head Office dealing with my husband would never return his call, paperwork took 3 days, a week this whole ordeal took. Friday he told my husband at 12pm " if we get this in by 2pm you will have delivery tomorrow (Saturday). My husband phoned back before 2pm and was told it will be delivered tomorrow (which is today) My husband has phoned now and been told No, it will be delivered on Monday! Over promise and under deliver. In my 29 years in sales we've been taught under promise and over deliver Never in all these years have we received such poor unprofessional service from Teljoy. What has gone wrong with them! Customers for 27 years and they have no loyalty.
