Demeaning and unprofessional

<p>i app**** to lease a tv set via an online application on sa****ay 6 may. i got a response on the monday requesting some do***entation such as payslip, bank statement and proof of employment and ID. i submitted as per request. the proof of employment states that the HR department does not take telephonic enquiries. the letter itself is sufficient and i have been granted credit with the same letter previously by other credit providers. i am dealing with Maphalo who insists that she wants to make an enquiry of where i work of which the payslip, bank statements and 2 letters of proof of employment state that i work for this company. i even communicated with via my company email address which has my official signature, what more proof do you need? would you need my access card as well? i told her that we have an internal hotline that we call should we need anything. On the other hand Thapelo had promised to return my calls but he failed to do so. Maphalo, as proof that i work for the organisation,since we are both in Midrand, please come down to our offices since ask for me from any reception you shall be directed to me. if you can't come down can your supervisor or manager give me a call? you have my contacts.</p>
