Delivery promise

I did an application for a fridge yesterday, the application was done and I was informed that it will be delivered today. I specifically took off work so I can be here, now they phoned me and told me they can only deliver it tomorrow. That I feel is unacceptable! We need to fridge urgently and I took off work! I want that fridge to be delivered today still! It is not fare towards me.
