DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTIONS BY RECEIVING LAWYERS NOTIFICATION OF NON PAYMENT
I am so tired of getting notices that my account is in arrears. They debit my account every month. But i get notices from lawyers that my account is in arrears. Who has my money then, not I and if they don't so who has it. Or are their staff too *********** to do their work. Is their Accounts department incapable of doing their designated jobs and might they need qualified people to do their debtors and creditors. Its not fair to insult your customers if you cant do your work. You changed the debit order not me.
Debit orders deducted from my account was on the following dates.
2-1-2020 1-2-2020 21-2-2020 23-3-2020
So please tell me who has my money if you dont??????????
Please also arrange a credit on my account for the pool table you collected on the 24th of March 2020 but you collected the entire deduction. So please look nicely at your facts before you send insulting lawyers emails and sms's. YOU OWE ME MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Maybe its time to get my lawyers involved.

Unfortunately you called me and so called rectified my account. I was happy till 2 minutes ago where your have once again charged me for the pool table but you owe me a refund from the last debit order deduction you made. Now my installment is even more than last months.......HOW ON EARTH DO YOU COME UP WITH THAT??????????????????????????
