Dead on arrival
I received a TV with a ruptured led matrix on the 2nd of August 2026
The product violates section 55 of the consumer protection act because it was not delivered in proper working order.
I am appalled at the service I've received and I really don't want to pay for something that's broken. I've emailed last week regarding this and got no response at all .
