Damaged Freezer

Hi, it saddens me to write this, as we have never had any issues with Teljoy until now.

We ordered a freezer, it showed up damaged and there was water leaking out of it. (which means it was used)

We reported the matter, and management rep**** that they will not replace the unit as it will work fine.

Now as far as I know, if I pay for a new product, I would like a new product, not one that works fine.

I have phoned again last week Wednesday (22nd Feb 2023) and the matter was supposed to be reported back to management. Till today I have not received any feedback, and the debit order has gone of!!
