I used Teljoy many moons ago and actually forgot about the quality of service way back then, and amazingly till now. Our Country's service levels on a whole is deteriartinmg and the customer service is such a run around for many people. I have had painless process from online application to delivery. Prenesh jayichund, called and confirmed application and did his best to prioritise my delivery. With 3 days my item was delivered. Amazing, brilliant service. 4 days later I app**** for another item, and again I only received 100% excellence. I got a call from Prenesh again and now I just wait for my delivery.
