Customer service at Teljoy is a disaster

I went into default due to cut in salary and with covid arising, my family lost there jobs and I became a bread winner. They still reported me as a slow payer and got people to collect my goods but I needed the equipment but they refused to make payment arrangements and was very harrasful with how they wanted there money to a point that they wanted to come to my company to look for me and whatsapped me and damanding there money
