Customer service

So i have an account with jeljoy .. i decided to get me a tv but was told it had been rejected due to the fact that im on debt review .. which isnt so.. im not on debt review.. i called transunion got my credit report and nothing so im not entirelu sure what the issue is. The staff are really helpful but can only due so much please assist
