So I have been struggling with THIS Issue since July 2022...Teljoy sent someone to fetch the faulty unit and repair it, however, the Samsung could not be repaired. 3months later, they replaced the faulty unit with a Hisense- no manual, no nothing JUST THE UNIT...
Now, where I come from you replace the faulty unit with the same make... Now, I have the hisense which doesn't connect via WiFi, not Android and not compatible with other Apps...
I just want the same Unit for which I paid rent for over the past 36months- not a entry level unit... You can feel from the remote right through that it's ****!!
