Customer Care Services received from Samuel was excellent
I had trouble with my debit order for the month of Jan 2022 and Samuel in Customer Care was an incredible help to get it sorted out. My phone dropped the call twice and both times he phoned me back to help me make sure the payment details are correct.
No-one at Teljoy EXCEPT SAMUEL has given me this type of excellent services. Please make sure that he knows his work is appreciated.
