Customer Care Not Responding

I logged a query regarding my account last week. Haven't received any response the entire week despite multiple follow ups. I eventually got someone to responded, a person called Henrietta Sanderson. I provided her the information requested, followed up again, still no response. Maybe if I stop paying them I might get a response.
